Materials Needed : - Eyeshadow, pigment, blush, glitter, ect - a nail polish (could be clear, white, sheer, whatever you like : white would make a more solid color, clear would be a bit sheer but can be layered on, other color polishes will give different effects) - something to scoop your pigment with or a eyeshadow brush to pick up color - a toothpick - a plastic bottle cap or paper plate Have fun with this! try experimenting and mixing different colors until you get the color you're going for :] This method will enable you to create all different sorts of colors so you can see what colors look really good on you, or if you just dont feel like going out and buying the color :] I hope you enjoyed my video ^^ Thank You so much for watching!
